The first season of MasterChef India saw Pankaj emerge as the winner – the first MasterChef of India! The show was telecast in 2010 on the Star Plus, the leading general entertainment channel.
In September 2011, Pankaj hosted her first cookery show on Star Plus. Chef Pankaj Ka Zayka, acclaimed as a highly successful show by all, gave her the opportunity to share her passion for cooking.
Sales ka Baazigar was aired in 2012 on ETV UP, MP, HP, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Rajasthan and Bihar. Pankaj was a judge on the popular regional reality show.
The fourth TV Show, Kifayati Kitchen, was telecast on Zee Khana Khazana in 2014, a leading food channel where she could be seen helping out housewives cook effective delicacies with inexpensive and easy to find ingredients.
Her fifth show – 3 Course with Pankaj, had suggestions for a complete 3 course meal that could be tried out everyday! The tagline of the show being – ‘where we make every occasion special, celebration time with food’! The show was aired on India’s premium Life Style Channel Living Foodz in 2015 and is still running thanks to its immense popularity!
Her sixth show Rasoi Se- Pankaj Bhadouria ke Saath was aired on ETV UP, HP, MP, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan, Bihar & Haryana in 2016-2017 and was a non-vegetarian food special show!
Just like That had a lot of kitchen tips, tricks, hacks, suggestions on even selections of ingredients being shared to help the viewers in the kitchen. Needless to say, it gathered immense popularity for its practical day to day solutions! The show was aired on Living Foodz in 2016.
Her eighth show, Health in Hundred was a fiction based show where Pankaj guided people to make wholesome nutritious food under 100 Rupees! The show was aired on Living Foodz in 2017.
Her ninth show, Dream Kitchen hit the small screen on Living Foodz in January 2018 where she shared recipes, hacks, tips and Dream Twists with her viewers.
After the immense popularity of 3 Course with Pankaj, it was time for 3 Course with Pankaj Season-2! The show will go on air in January 2019 and has Pankaj sharing 3 Course meals from all 29 states of the country! The recipes that she shares have health as a guiding factor and she creates recipes with local ingredients, shares some authentic recipes, some lost recipes and her own healthy twists as well!
When Rick Stein, one of UK’s top Chefs, came to India in the search of the perfect curry on his show Rick Stein’s India, Pankaj introduced him to the delicate flavours of the Awadhi Cuisine in the sixth and final episode. The Dal Sultani and Dum Macchali that she cooked had Rick remarking ‘it was the finest cooking he had seen’ and ‘this woman surely knows her business’! The show was telecast on BB2 and later on Fox TV, Discovery and TLC.
Pankaj can now be seen sharing her recipes with viewers on Tata Sky DTH Services.
Pankaj has done a short series of vignettes for Gits Get- Set- Go recipes that was telecast on Living Foodz.
Pankaj has done a short series of vignettes for Emami Healthy and Tasty Kacchi Ghani Mustard Oil– recipes using mustard Oil that were telecast on Living Foodz.
She has also done a series of recipes for kids called Yummy Tummy – dishes that keep both Moms & Kids happy! The series is being telecast on Living Foodz.
Besides the various shows, Pankaj also appeared on MasterChef Season 2 on Star Plus as a challenger for the contestants where she put them through a pressure test! The contestants were to recreate her platter of Awadhi Kebabs in a given time, a daunting task indeed!
Pankaj also appeared on MasterChef Season 4 on Star Plus, once again as a challenger for the contestants where she put them through a pressure test! This time, the contestants were to recreate her version of India’s favorite Chat! This included a Matar (green peas) Mousse Basket Chat, Patti Samosas & Imli Chutney Wafers!
