Raw banana fritters with chili dip
A crunchy snack that goes well with a chili dip.
Ingredients:
- Raw bananas
- 4 medium sized Roasted peanuts
- ½ cup Sesame seeds
- 3tbsp Salt to taste Pepper corns
- 1tbsp Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Boil the raw bananas with skin for 8-10 minutes or till done.
- Allow to cool and peel the bananas.
- Slice the bananas into slices of ½” thickness.
- Coarsely crush the peanuts and pepper corns.
- Mix the crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, pepper and salt.
- Dab the sliced bananas in the mixture and press well.
- Heat the oil and deep fry the banana fritters till golden.
- Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
