Raw banana fritters with chili dip

A crunchy snack that goes well with a chili dip.

Ingredients:

  • Raw bananas
  • 4 medium sized Roasted peanuts
  • ½ cup Sesame seeds
  • 3tbsp Salt to taste Pepper corns
  • 1tbsp Oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. Boil the raw bananas with skin for 8-10 minutes or till done.
  2. Allow to cool and peel the bananas.
  3. Slice the bananas into slices of ½” thickness.
  4. Coarsely crush the peanuts and pepper corns.
  5. Mix the crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, pepper and salt.
  6. Dab the sliced bananas in the mixture and press well.
  7. Heat the oil and deep fry the banana fritters till golden.
  8. Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
