Egg (no meat) Kebab

A healthy no meat Kebab that satisfies your taste buds besides being nutritive.

Ingredients:

  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ¼cup Wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil Salt to season

Method:

  1. Grate the boiled eggs.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Adjust the seasoning.
  4. Shape the mixture into 10 small kebabs.
  5. Heat the oil in the pan and cook the kebabs till golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve with a mint coriander chutney.
