Egg (no meat) Kebab
A healthy no meat Kebab that satisfies your taste buds besides being nutritive.
Ingredients:
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp finely chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ¼cup Wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil Salt to season
Method:
- Grate the boiled eggs.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust the seasoning.
- Shape the mixture into 10 small kebabs.
- Heat the oil in the pan and cook the kebabs till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with a mint coriander chutney.
